What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB). All payments are securely processed through Stripe.

When am I charged?

The first charge occurs when you upgrade to a paid plan. After that, monthly plans are automatically renewed on the same day each month, and yearly plans are renewed on the same day after one year.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, your new plan takes effect immediately and you'll be charged a prorated amount. When downgrading, your new plan takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel, you can continue using the paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, you'll automatically be moved to the Free plan, and monitors exceeding the limit will be paused. Your data is not deleted, so you can restore everything by upgrading again.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of subscription services, we generally do not provide refunds. However, please contact us for individual cases such as significant service issues. We recommend trying the Free plan before purchasing.

What currency are prices in?

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). If you use a credit card from another country, you'll be charged in your local currency based on your card issuer's exchange rate.

Will I receive receipts?

Yes, Stripe will send you a receipt email for each payment. You can also view and download your billing history and receipts from the subscription management page at any time.
